Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at our Voorhees, NJ community. You’ll help keep facilities safe and comfortable for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include servicing HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment; responding to work orders; and coordinating with residents and directors to maintain high standards. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge across building systems and general trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents, ensuring timely and quality workmanship.
• Maintain communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other authorities as required.
