Job summary

Brookdale seeks a Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living communities in top condition. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and grounds, coordinating with residents and staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Applicants should be able to respond to maintenance requests promptly, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain compliance with building codes and Brookdale policies.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technicians will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators and related building systems.
• Technicians respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Strong organization and communication with residents and team members is essential.

• Keep interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds in good condition to meet current regulations and policies.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
