The role requires hands-on work with HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

As part of a team, you will address resident and director requests, complete maintenance projects, and uphold Brookdale's standards for community upkeep and safety.

• Maintain communication with local fire marshal and building inspectors and comply with regulations and company policies.
