• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment and generators.
• Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in both private rooms and public areas.
• Maintain communications with local fire marshal, building inspector and other jurisdictions.
