Job summary

Responsibilities

Receive routine and emergency maintenance/repair requests for building maintenance and environmental conditions, coordinates with supervisors and trades, and generates work orders.
Monitor and acknowledge Building and Automation System alarms; dispatch and follow up on repairs.
Enter data into maintenance systems and analyze building maintenance data.
Maintain reports, logs and contact lists for various departments; handle mail and messages.
Interface with students, staff and customers by phone, email or in person.
