Responsibilities

Receive routine and emergency maintenance/repair requests and initiate corrective action.
Coordinate repairs with supervisors, tradesmen and customers; generate work orders.
Input data into Computerized Maintenance System and monitor alarms.
Enter data into systems; track maintenance and environmental needs; communicate status.
Create purchase requisitions and process invoices; manage work orders and tickets.
Maintain reports, logs, and contact lists; handle mailing and messages as needed.
Distribute keys and permits; interface with students, staff, and customers.
