Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• Some trade school preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, service and maintenance of mechanical systems equipment.
• Assist in repairs of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
• Log all work-related activities in CMMS/CMS.
• Respond to service calls, alarms, and emergencies while complying with safety standards.
• Work with staff and contractors to support uninterrupted facility operations.
• Complete assigned daily duties and equipment rounds; communicate obstacles to Leadman.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; report unsafe conditions.
