Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Standard at Gainesville to oversee the facilities program and lead the Facilities Team.

You will ensure timely service completion, manage preventative maintenance, and drive capital projects while maintaining safety and quality across the property in Gainesville, FL. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities maintenance, CPO/EPA certifications, and proficiency with Entrata and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance.
• CPO and EPA certifications required.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to support capital projects and annual Turn contracts.
• Order, maintain, and manage inventory of supplies, parts, and tools within budget.
• Communicate with Community Manager regarding maintenance or budget items.
• Assist with planning and managing spending in maintenance budget items.
• Ensure timely completion of the site Facilities Plan and Preventative Maintenance program.
• Assist with Annual Turn activities (move-ins/outs, inspections, punch lists).
• Participate in on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
