Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate vendor work orders, tenant turnovers, and building needs, ensuring timely, cost‑effective repairs.

The role partners with Asset and Portfolio Management, onsite staff, program managers and leadership to implement preventive maintenance, manage inspections and audits, and maintain organized records and reports in Yardi and Excel.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems knowledge.
• Data entry, report preparation, and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assess maintenance needs, direct technicians or vendors to repairs.
• Communicate repair priorities to Portfolio Managers.
• Coordinate inspections and prepare documentation for audits.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Review invoices and maintain organized records and reports.
