Job summary

Cascadia Health in the Town of Lloyd, NY, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians, coordinate vendor work orders, and ensure timely, cost-efficient repairs across our properties.

The role collaborates with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, onsite staff, and leadership to build preventive maintenance programs, manage inspections, and support audits while promoting trauma-informed, person-first care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data reporting.
• Experience with building maintenance and vendor management.
• FMP or CFM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess maintenance needs and direct repairs by technicians or vendors.
• Coordinate inspections and prepare documentation for audits.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and track performance metrics.
• Maintain organized records and manage inventories of supplies.
• Lead weekly maintenance team meetings and ensure safety compliance.
