Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across tenant work orders, unit turnovers, and building repairs. You will coordinate with asset, portfolio management, and onsite staff to prioritize work, manage vendors, and ensure inspections and audits are completed on time.

This role requires three years of maintenance experience, strong Excel skills, HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to enter, retrieve, and analyze data using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assess maintenance needs and direct repairs to technicians or vendors.
• Coordinate annual property and unit inspections and prepare documentation for audits.
• Maintain vendor relationships and service contracts for cost efficiency and quality.
• Review maintenance invoices for accuracy and timely payments.
