Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance technicians and vendors, ensuring timely repairs and cost-effective operations across property needs. You will work with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, onsite staff, and leadership to maintain facilities aligned with Cascadia’s mission.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• FMP or CFM certification or comparable certification (preferred).
• Minimum of three years involvement in maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess maintenance needs, determine scope of work, and direct technicians or vendors.
• Communicate repair priorities to Portfolio Managers based on budget and conditions.
• Coordinate annual property and unit inspections and prepare documentation for audits.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Review maintenance invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain organized records and operational reports (Yardi, Excel).
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for cost efficiency.
• Assist with FAR data entry and record maintenance.
• Provide operational support to Maintenance Technicians as needed.
