Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community facilities program, ensuring timely service requests, preventative maintenance, and successful completion of capital projects. You will lead the Facilities Team and work with the Community Manager to maintain safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years in facilities maintenance, High School diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of Entrata or similar software plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• CPO and EPA certifications required.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Daily inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Oversee bidding for capital projects and annual Turn contracts; coordinate with vendors.
• Order, maintain, and manage inventory of supplies within the maintenance budget.
• Communicate with Community Manager regarding issues with maintenance or budget items.
• Assist with developing, maintaining, and managing spending in maintenance category items in the budget.
• Ensure timely completion of the Facilities Plan and Preventative Maintenance program; inspect community, amenities, and units.
• Support on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area; provide superior resident service.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and development of Facilities Team members.
• Adhere to Landmark Policies & Procedures.
