Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Three years of full-time experience performing building repair and maintenance work in a public or commercial facility requiring on-going, regular, semi-skilled carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and custodial work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign other facility maintenance and custodial personnel.
• Inspect semi-skilled repair and custodial work and respond to complaints.
• Coordinate set-up and arrangement of facilities for meetings and events.
• Maintain liaison with service contractors, vendors and City trades personnel.
• Train and rate the work of subordinates and keep records.
