Qualifications

• Experience supervising and directing custodial staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign facility maintenance and custodial personnel; inspect semi-skilled repair and custodial work.
• Review and respond to complaints and requests from occupants or tenants regarding facility maintenance.
• Coordinate set-up and arrangement of facilities for meetings and special events.
• Maintain facility staffing and maintenance budgets; keep records and train subordinates.
