Job summary

SpaceXAI in Mississippi is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to design, build, activate, and maintain advanced facilities with autonomy and fast-paced environment. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety programs, and ensure cost-efficient maintenance while upholding SpaceXAI standards and image for visitors and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of experience with facilities management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of campus systems.
• Direct plumbing, compressed air, electrical and HVAC technicians.
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments.
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Maintain records for all trades as required.
• Understand mechanical equipment including chillers, boilers, VFDs, pumps and dust collectors.
• Communicate with Manager on daily activities and issues.
• Manage vendor/contractor finances with buyers and accounts payable.
• Oversee techs to drive performance through coaching.
