Job summary

Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee multiple technicians, manage workloads, and support restaurant operations across our corporate portfolio. You will ensure safety, reliability, and timely completion of work orders with strong leadership.

The role requires solid supervisory and communication skills, practical trades knowledge, and the ability to coordinate maintenance projects while adhering to OHSA and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of facilities experience required; QSR facilities experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations and safety practices.
• Basic trades knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC/refrigeration.
• Ability to supervise, plan schedules, and manage budgets with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Facilities Technicians and allocate workload by market size.
• Oversee technician territory, work scope, status, costs, and parts in CMMS.
• Approve timecards and purchases; manage parts ordering and stock control.
• Train and coach technicians to deliver high-quality service.
• Communicate work order status and critical information to leadership.
• On-call scheduling for emergencies; respond with appropriate urgency.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and safety regulations; maintain safe work environment.
