Job summary

Meritage Hospitality Group Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to support restaurant operations across our corporate portfolio.

The role focuses on maintenance tasks, service delivery, and efficient management of work orders and projects. The Facilities Technician will perform equipment maintenance, electrical/plumbing repairs, preventative maintenance, and coordinate with internal customers and service providers.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of general shop/building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair cooking/prep equipment and related facilities components as needed.
• Provide interior and exterior maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, tile repair.
• Follow Preventative Maintenance schedules and document work completed.
• Develop relationships with internal customers and service providers; manage parts orders.
• Review and complete work orders and projects within set timeframes.
• Provide detailed job visit summaries and next steps in business software.
