Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the engineering department to meet high quality standards. You will supervise Technicians, conduct safety inspections in line with OSHA/GHS, and coordinate with vendors to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, bid management, and collaboration with HR and resort leadership to uphold safety and service excellence for guests and owners.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors/contractors and managing bids.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA/GHS safety standards and compliance.
• Proactive in safety, audits, and loss prevention.
• Experience with facility maintenance in hospitality/HOA settings.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering leadership in managing the engineering department and vendor operations.
• Direct supervision of Engineering Technicians for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal, quality, and audit standards.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to uphold workplace standards.
• Assist with budgeting and financial aspects of the engineering department.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors/contractors; solicit bids.
• Support resort management initiatives and programs.
