Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and property upkeep, ensuring compliance with company policy and all regulations. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining records for EPA/OSHA and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems; keeping grounds tidy; and ensuring units are ready for rental promptly.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and fixtures on a daily basis.
• Maintain and inspect safety systems, fire protection equipment, and security devices.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report major repairs to the Property Manager.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready promptly and maintain grounds in good order.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage make-ready schedules within budget constraints.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC certification

3+ years property management experience
