Job summary

Sun Health's La Loma Village in Litchfield Park, AZ is hiring a Facilities Supervisor to coordinate the facilities team and oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations for the community. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage safety programs, and guide staff to uphold high standards across buildings, grounds, and equipment.

In this role you will supervise maintenance and landscape personnel, coordinate CMMS work orders, schedule repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), and participate in

Qualifications

• Prior facility management preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess current or has the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health, safety, and welfare of residents and staff at all times.
• Supervise maintenance and landscape personnel daily.
• Manage CMMS work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Schedule electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building repairs.
• Enforce facilities standards and safety regulations.
• Stay current with facility trends and implement efficiency improvements.
