Job summary

Recreation Centers Of Sun City West Inc. is hiring for a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-use complexes.

You\'ll lead staff, manage budgets, schedule maintenance, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with the Recreation Manager to optimize space usage and program delivery across venues in Sun City West. The role requires strong leadership, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and the ability to adapt to weekend/holo schedule changes while maintaining

Qualifications

• Requires four years of progressive supervisory experience.
• Must read and interpret regulations and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets for assigned area and expenditures.
• Interview and select staff; conduct training; evaluate performance.
• Plan, supervise and review work of staff responsible for maintaining the facilities.
• Maintain equipment listings; ensure preventive maintenance and record keeping.
• Prepare bi-weekly reports; monitor safety and cleanliness standards; ensure safe work practices.
