Job summary

Wonderful Citrus LLC in Delano, CA is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead building maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial services, dock levelers, and roll-up doors. You will plan daily work, assign resources, develop staff, review work orders and preventive maintenance, and ensure facilities are safe, reliable, and ready to support operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical training preferred) and 3+ years in facility maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or technical training in related fields preferred.
• Experience leading facility maintenance teams and supervising custodial/grounds services preferred.
• Experience with dock equipment and roll-up doors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Plan daily and weekly work and set priorities.
• Review work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain buildings, offices, warehouses, and other facilities.
• Coordinate inspections and safety practices.
• Manage vendors and contractors; monitor costs.
• Respond to facility emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Partner with Ops, Safety, Quality, Security for site improvements.
• Track performance and implement continuous improvements.
