Qualifications

• 5+ years of general facilities, systems maintenance, and repair work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and equipment; supervise a team of facilities specialists.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair facility issues; ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure safe worksite.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
