Job summary

Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities in a high-volume industrial setting. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical systems, building infrastructure, and equipment upkeep to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will develop preventive maintenance plans, mentor staff, manage budget considerations, and collaborate with operations to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with CMMS and Oracle is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain facility systems and equipment reliability.
• Lead teams with clear goals and performance feedback.
• Manage area budget and track expenses.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments.
