Job summary

Sysco Coastal Sunbelt Produce, LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, safety, and security of the facility and grounds. You will direct maintenance staff, coordinate with third-party providers, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing assets and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of maintenance experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Understanding of building maintenance, refrigeration, plumbing, processing equipment, welding and AIB preparation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of associates in building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration, beverage department, power industrial equipment and security.
• Reviews, coaches, and develops maintenance staff; monitors work, policy adherence and safety; issues discipline when necessary.
• Manages asset selection, purchase, and inventory to support facilities, beverage, and power equipment; coordinates with other departments for upgrades and repairs.
