JLL is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Mattawan, MI to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for GLP laboratory spaces. You will coordinate pest control, landscaping, and external services, inspect sites, and ensure contractor work meets standards while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires extensive facilities experience in regulated environments, with strong skills in budgeting, vendor management, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 10 years’ experience managing facilities teams in a regulated environment.
• Associates degree or technical certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for GLP laboratory facility space.
• Coordinate with service providers (pest control, landscaping, grounds maintenance).
• Inspect site and ensure contractor work is completed satisfactorily.
• Ensure timely renewal of maintenance/service contracts with vendors.
• Maintain safe GLP space and assist in emergencies.
• Prepare monthly management reports and ensure incident reporting.
