The role ensures all work aligns with specifications, regulations, and standards while maintaining cost-efficient, high-quality physical and human resources within the region.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years direct working experience within the trade or craft position required.
• Supervisory experience with a union labor force preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads staff and technical plant operations to ensure system reliability.
• Manages projects with craft staff and trade contractors.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and budget adherence.
• Oversees preventive maintenance and routine schedules.
• Performs disaster recovery and contingency planning.
• Develops staff through training and performance evaluations.

Educación
