Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of hospital and university buildings in the Philadelphia area. The role involves budgeting, staff management, and compliance with regulatory bodies such as TJC and DoH.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 3+ years in healthcare facilities management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• 7 years experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or engineering in healthcare/higher education/regulated environment.
• 3 years facilities operations, maintenance, compliance, or engineering experience in healthcare/regulated setting.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and work collaboratively or independently.
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar operating and capital budgets to targets.

Responsabilidades

• Develops understanding of client needs and supports Facilities to minimize risk.
• Drive compliance, service levels, and financial responsibility for service levels.
• Establish direct working relationships with departmental representatives and lead Facilities team.
• Coordinate with Hospital Administration and Facilities staff.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections (TJC, DoH, City/LI) and inspections.
