Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a GMP Cleaning & Sanitation Group Leader to support the Supervisor in delivering timely cleaning activities in client facilities, aligned with cGMP requirements. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and effective supervision in a biopharma manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and the ability to manage inventories and SOP adherence while coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; or equivalent combination.
• Experience in cleaning/sanitation in pharma/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; familiarity with cGMP/GDP required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team keeps client site/facilities clean and organized using approved cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor supplies and chemicals; manage weekly/monthly inventories and stock levels.
• Lead staff; train and monitor cleaning team; report performance to Supervisor.
