Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee custodial and maintenance teams, ensuring daily operation and safety across all clubhouses. You will manage training, schedules, and inspections while coordinating with Clubhouse Leadership and facilities leadership.

You’ll supervise staff, enforce policies, perform occasional hands-on tasks, and help maintain a clean, secure, and well-functioning facility environment for members and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in custodial and maintenance roles.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE handling.
• Ability to supervise staff and enforce schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial and maintenance personnel, train staff, assign work, and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, maintenance plans, and staff coverage across clubhouses.
• Track requests and close work orders using the ticketing system; perform spot checks.
• Conduct clubhouse inspections for cleanliness and safety; document deficiencies.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and recruitment as directed.
• Perform custodial or general maintenance tasks when needed and cover shifts.
