Job summary

BGCSNV is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee custodial and maintenance teams across clubhouses, ensuring cleanliness and reliable operation of all facilities. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, performing inspections, and collaborating with leadership to maintain safety and efficiency.

The position may require hands-on maintenance tasks and occasional after-hours work. A strong emphasis on training, budgeting support, and cross-team communication is essential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of custodial/general maintenance experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge in safe use of cleaning chemicals, oils and solvents.
• General knowledge of PPE and safety procedures.
• MSDS knowledge and biohazard disposal awareness.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for staff coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial and maintenance staff; provide hands-on training and schedule work across clubhouses.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance plans; coordinate with leadership.
• Monitor work orders, maintain ticketing system, and conduct spot checks for quality and safety.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance reviews and recruitment per BGCSNV policies.
• Perform regular facility inspections, ensure proper chemical labeling and safe work practices.
• Assist with budgeting, vendor coordination, and efficient use of labor and materials.
• Handle occasional hands-on maintenance tasks and after-hours coverage as needed.
