Invited Clubs is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to support upkeep of the club, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in optimal condition. You will manage daily tasks, coordinate repairs, and drive preventative maintenance to enhance the overall club experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing safety protocols, and controlling costs, while collaborating with regional and corporate teams to meet club goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for parking lots, lighting, and exterior areas.
Assist in preventative maintenance for equipment including HVAC, fitness, and pools.
Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff with clear direction and quality standards.
Ensure safe operation of equipment and provide basic safety training to staff.
Monitor maintenance costs within budget and report discrepancies to the Manager.
Maintain records of expenditures for maintenance activities.
