Qualifications

• Studies in Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in facilities, property management, construction coordination, maintenance supervision, or related environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• AutoCAD skills.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge related to building systems and facility operations.
• Proficiency with word processing, presentations, and spreadsheet software applications.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal maintenance teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, inventories, inspection logs, maintenance reports, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of CAPEX projects, construction activities, major repairs, and on-site project implementation to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Create AutoCAD sketches, technical drawings, design modifications, and documentation as directed by senior property leadership.
• Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, tenant services, inspections, equipment performance, roof repairs, and corrective maintenance needs.
• Manage operation and preventive maintenance of critical building systems, including electrical substations, mechanical rooms, fire protection systems, and related facility equipment.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, supplier quotes, repair schedules, service contracts, and facility improvement recommendations.
• Supervise and assign daily work to a team of at least 10 maintenance technicians while maintaining records, reports, inventory, access controls, and facility status documentation.
