Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a motivated Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple commercial/industrial construction projects in Santa Rosa, CA, managing budgets, schedules, and client relations from award to completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical PM, strong knowledge of electrical systems and estimating, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam to coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and field teams for on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience managing public works and prevailing wage projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plans, specs, and estimating.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and change order management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Work with superintendents and field crews to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
