Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee field MEP activities on large commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage scheduling, safety, quality and coordination with BIM/VDC and commissioning teams while leading subcontractor coordination and on-site walks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering and 7+ years of relevant experience; OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field MEP experience on large commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects through preconstruction to closeout.
• Expertise in high-voltage electrical, chilled water, fuel oil, BMS, fire alarm, and AHU systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field MEP activities from preconstruction through closeout.
• Direct coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment with contract documents.
• Collaborate with BIM/VDC and commissioning teams to validate installation sequencing.
• Monitor site logistics and coordinate with trade partners.
