Job summary

Facility Engineering Services (FS Group, LLC.) seeks an experienced plant layout designer and CAD lead to develop drawings for industrial facilities. You will work under a licensed professional engineer or with a small team to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

The role requires extensive Revit and AutoCAD expertise, 3-D visualization capabilities, and strong QA/QC discipline across drawings for large and medium projects. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in CAD design/drafting or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Knowledge of plant layout for industrial facilities.
• Experience with industrial drawings and structural detailing.

Responsibilities

• Draft plant layout, structural and mechanical drawings under supervision of a licensed professional engineer.
• Make revisions to drawings during design and construction phases.
• Produce drawings per CAD standards and QA/QC requirements.
• Collaborate with management and engineers to develop and maintain standards.
