Qualifications

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee all maintenance and repair work, maintaining safety standards.
Assist in the selection, assignment, scheduling and training of general custodians.
Evaluate the performance of custodial staff regularly.
Maintain inventory and recommend purchases of supplies and equipment.
Operate boilers and related mechanical equipment; perform general building maintenance.
Show knowledge of energy management systems.
Organize work schedules and supervise personnel.
Handle emergency procedures including utility disconnections.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Building and Grounds.
