The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting complex facilities in a healthcare setting.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily facilities operations and coordinate work activities to ensure service excellence.
  • Dispatch, prioritize, and monitor work orders while ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests.
  • Supervise and support facility technicians, providing guidance across multiple building trades.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for facility stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Review, approve, and track purchasing requests while maintaining budget awareness and cost controls.
  • Support life safety and regulatory compliance programs, helping maintain a safe healthcare environment.
  • Analyze work order data and operational metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance activities and ensure critical building systems operate reliably.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or facilities-related education is a plus.
  • 5+ years of facilities, building operations, maintenance, or related experience.
  • Prior supervisory, lead, or shift management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multiple trades, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, or general maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of life safety systems, compliance requirements, and facility operations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to support technical teams.
  • Ability to review operational reports, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Compensation & Benefits

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $75,000 annually [or $36.06 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $85,000 annually [or $40.87 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
