Starbucks is seeking a Facilities Standards Lead to shape enterprise standards, maintenance programs, and asset strategies across the store network. You will partner with Facilities, Store Development, Operations, and suppliers to drive reliability and long-term asset value.

Lead improvements, analyze trends, and communicate recommendations to leaders. The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling and building organizational capability in facilities programs and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in facilities management or related fields.
• 5+ years developing enterprise programs or standards.
• 5+ years of data analysis with actionable insights.
• Experience guiding cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise standards, lifecycle strategies, and maintenance programs.
• Analyze performance, reliability, and cost trends to improve asset performance.
• Partner with teams to evaluate new technologies and operating models.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the retail portfolio.
• Serve as SME and advisor on facilities standards and asset management.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders with data-driven storytelling.
• Develop guidance and implementation strategies for consistent execution.
• Mentor and coach team members to build capability.
