Job summary

Starbucks seeks a highly analytical manager, program management – Facilities Performance, to lead financial oversight for Repair & Maintenance and Capital Spend across North American facilities. You will partner with Finance, develop executive insights, and drive cost optimization while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities include monthly close support, variance analysis, and driving standardized reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience applying project management methods and tools.
• Extensive experience managing large complex projects in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in financial management and forecasting.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight, performance analysis, and cross-functional accountability for R&M and capital spend.
• Partner with Finance to support monthly close and provide executive insights.
• Investigate variances and spend drivers, identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Deliver regular performance reviews to leadership and drive process improvements.
• Own inventory and SOC compliance controls within program management.
