Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Facilities Services Manager to lead a portfolio of 80+ coffeehouses. You will provide strategic leadership, manage capital investments of $2.0M+ and an operating budget of $6.0M+, and develop a team of facilities services managers while ensuring safe, reliable store environments that reflect the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities, construction management, architecture, or business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of reporting and mobile business applications experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities, Construction or a related mechanical trade with experience managing service and maintenance vendors.
• Minimum of 5 years of Capital and Expense budget accountability.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop up to three facilities services managers, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Present metrics, timelines, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Forecast, execute, and oversee repairs, maintenance, and capital investments within budget.
• Oversee a portfolio of 80+ coffeehouses, ensuring safe and brand-right environments.
• Partner with SSC teams to support facilities programs and enterprise projects.
