Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a program manager for Facilities Services in Seattle to lead cross-functional initiatives that transform service delivery and partner experiences across the network. You will develop roadmaps, governance, and executive communications, drive accountability, and help teams move from ideas to scalable, actionable solutions in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

The role will partner with senior leadership to evolve the Network Operations Center and Facilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience applying industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex large-scale business or IT projects.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience building and mentoring teams.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
• Minimum of 8 years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that support Facilities Services priorities and long-term business objectives.
• Develop program roadmaps, workback schedules, governance structures, and executive-level communications.
• Drive accountability, alignment, and execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
