This role involves providing administrative support, maintaining documentation, and assisting with data entry related to space utilization. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and a keen interest in workplace trends and facilities operations. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant planning, administrative, or facilities work is a plus.
• General project management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize project documentation.
• Assist with data entry and reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for any required moves and space planning activities.
• Conduct site surveys and space audits to assess layouts.

Connaissances

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Facilities Management, Interior Design, Urban Planning or related field
