The New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking an Administrative Space Analyst for the 10037 assignment to manage DCWP occupied locations, plan upgrades, and coordinate building services. Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent, plus nine years of experience with supervisory duties.
• A satisfactory equivalent with at least two years of supervisory experience as described.

Responsibilities

• Assess the need for and provide Division management with a detailed plan for upgrades, repairs, and maintenance, including quotes, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Conduct daily on-site inspections of contracted building cleaning services.
• Make light/moderate repairs as necessary.
• Monitor and maintain supply of first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate mailing requests.
• Assist with Fleet coordination as requested.
• Work with vendors on upgrades/repairs to building systems such as HVAC, waste removal, painting, snow removal, and landscaping.
• Move desktops, phones, files, and other equipment for cubicle relocations.
• Handle decommissioning of surplus and end-of-life equipment and act as primary DCWP contact with DCAS.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory reports.
• Coordinate transportation of items to/from the warehouse.
• Organize supply room and maintain an inventory report.
• Accept and record deliveries of supplies and equipment; distribute supplies across divisions.
• Perform ad‑hoc assignments and back‑up support for other units as needed.
