Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor inspection scheduling for programs.
  • Coordinate with business owners and managers to set appointments.
  • Perform QA reviews and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with other city agencies.
  • Enter inspection data and analyze business information.
  • Prepare reports to track goals and efficiency.
  • Suggest policy or procedure updates based on findings.
  • Assist with staff training.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 3 years clerical/administrative experience
Associate degree + 4 years clerical/administrative experience
High school diploma + 5 years clerical/administrative experience
Education/experience equivalency with supervisory experience
