Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Facilities Soft Services Manager to oversee workplace experience services at a designated Chester, VA facility.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and manage vendor partnerships to deliver concierge, reception, event management, catering, cleaning, landscaping and related operations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing schedules, negotiating with clients and vendors, and driving end-user satisfaction while ensuring safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities staff and managing performance.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendor contracts and cost saving initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships; negotiate with clients and partners.
• Ensure efficient and consistent support; suggest process improvements and develop strategic solutions.
• Assess training needs and ensure safety standards for staff, clients, and vendors.
• Develop vendor partnerships; manage contract services and verify insurance and documentation.
• Ensure KPI delivery and end-user satisfaction surveys remain green.
• Oversee programs ran by third-party vendors (food delivery, events, transportation, mail).
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and align with team objectives.
