Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services seeks a Site Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance activities at the Honolulu site, ensuring client needs are met and budgets respected.

Lead safety, performance metrics, preventive maintenance and repairs; supervise staff; build a strong client relationship and manage expectations.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a business field and 5–10 years in facility management with strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years of management experience in facility maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in individual and small group settings.
• Computer skills: email and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, site performance metrics, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise site staff and provide staff development.
• Develop a strong client relationship including communications and managing expectations within goals and budget.
• Manage workload to a established budget.
• Lead development and implementation of operational programs assigned.
