Integrated Facility Services Hawaii is seeking a Part Time Site Manager for Honolulu to lead day-to-day site operations, oversee maintenance, and ensure resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and supervise a small team while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role offers a supportive work environment with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the overall site operations.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Foster community among residents through events and initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Enforce house rules of the community.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
