Job summary

The Site Leader position at EMCOR Group, Inc. in Orlando is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all facility maintenance activities to meet client needs.

It is a hands-on role delivering preventative, corrective and general maintenance, plus special projects, while building a strong customer relationship. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, responding to alarms and emergencies, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of safety requirements (e.g., Fall Protection, LOTO, Haz Com).
• Proficient with using an iPad.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and present information.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and on-demand maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Respond to alarms, system failures and occupant complaints; available for 24/7 paid emergency calls.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality work.
• Serve as key contact to client and subcontractors.
• Conduct management analysis of facility equipment.
• Maintain site process manuals and ensure SOP and safety compliance.
